WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
For Customer Service Department at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Area of Responsibility:
- Check In & Boarding
- Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special need of passengers.
- Ensure excellent customer services extended to the customer
- Taking care of the disabled passengers
- Mishandling baggage issues to be monitored
- Handing customers depending on the situation
- Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight.
- BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university
- Candidate with English medium (‘O’ level & ‘A’ level) background or foreign degree will get preference.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age: 23 – 28 year(s).
- Should have good computer operating knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have the habit to work under pressure.
- Work in a team
