WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

For Customer Service Department at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Job Description

Position: Executive

Area of Responsibility:

  • Check In & Boarding
  • Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special need of passengers.
  • Ensure excellent customer services extended to the customer
  • Taking care of the disabled passengers
  • Mishandling baggage issues to be monitored
  • Handing customers depending on the situation
  • Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight.

 

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university
  • Candidate with English medium (‘O’ level & ‘A’ level) background or foreign degree will get preference.

 

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age: 23 – 28 year(s).
  • Should have good computer operating knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should have the habit to work under pressure.
  • Work in a team
