Job Type: Customer Support/Sales/Call Centre

Vacancy: 6 (six)

 

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.

* Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

* Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.

* Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

 

Employment Status: Full-time

 

Educational Requirements:

O-Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.

 

Additional Requirements:

* Age Max 35 years

* Only males are allowed to apply

* Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Salary:

Minimum 15000 Tk to 25000 Tk (Monthly)

Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday)

* Attractive sales bonus apart from the salary

* Salary will be reviewed in every six months
